Curt Johnson, from Yakima, caught this jumbo Potholes Reservoir crappie on a chatterbait while fishing the sand dunes for bass earlier this month. Pete Fisher of the MarDon Resort has said fishing is good and improving on the various lakes in and around Grant County.
