2024 Congressional Art Competition winners named
WASHINGTON D.C. – Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, R-Wash., announced Tuesday Spokane resident Hawwi Jebena as the winner of the 2024 Congressional Art Competition from Washington’s Fifth Congressional District, according to an announcement from Rodgers’ office.
