The Mattawa City Council voted to strike the amended regulation allowing unloaded transport vehicles such as the pictured trucks to park on residential and arterial streets in Mattawa. Parking large vehicles can inhibit the flow of traffic and cause problems for residents.

Mattawa votes on truck parking, construction regs
MATTAWA – Thursday’s regular Mattawa City Council meeting featured unanimous approval of a motion to amend the city’s truck regulations and a motion to approve updated construction standards.
