Congressman Dan Newhouse is likely to face challenger Jerrod Sessler if the trends shown in initial tallies Tuesday show true when all of the votes are tallied. Counts as of Tuesday evening showed Sessler with 29.77% of the vote while Newhouse came in at 24.97%.

Primary voters choose gubernatorial, congressional candidates
