Public Works director retires

EPHRATA - Ephrata Mayor Bruce Bruce Reim presents a plaque to retiring Public Works Director Bill Sangster during the Ephrata City Council's Oct. 4 meeting. Sangster is retiring from the city after more than two decades of service to the people of Ephrata.
