Discovery Cider Company co-owner Brennan James stands behind the bar at the not-quite-yet opened watering hole. James became a cidermaker as a hobby that eventually turned into a business he now runs with his wife, Berlyn Sandstrom. The cidery had its soft opening Oct. 21.
