A black 2001 Honda VT750 motorcycle being driven by 56-year-old Carlos Bazan, of Ephrata, collided with the passenger side of a 2013 Kia Rio when it pulled out in front of Bazan. Bazan was transported by ambulance to Samaritan Hospital for his injuries.
