At about 1 p.m. Thursday, 29-year-old Isaiah Ramirez of Moses lake was arrested in association with a carjacking. Prior to his arrest, Ramirez reportedly barricaded himself in a small shed in the 9500 block of Maple Drive Northeast in Moses Lake, near the intersection with the red pin above.
