Some of the land owned by ASPI Group west of Road E Northeast was removed from the Moses Lake Urban Growth Area in late 2021. ASPI is holding the land for potential residential development and believes the property would be valuable if one of the major employers currently being courted by organizations like the Port of Moses Lake decides to set up shop in or near the city.
