Cheryl Schweizer/Columbia Basin Herald Ronaldo (left) and Eliane Delgado of Moses Lake, their family and friends established a scholarship at the University of Washington School of Nursing for their son Fabrizio Delgado, a former nursing student who will graduate posthumously with his classmates soon.
