Top-notch country talent performs at Springfest
MOSES LAKE - The Moses Lake Spring Festival saw a star-studded lineup of three country music artists whose performances were completely free to the public. “The whole thing has been a great time,” said Paul Moore who came to Moses Lake from the Tri-Cities for the weekend to enjoy the Moses Lake Spring Festival.
