Voters to decide on proposed Coulee-Hartline enrichment levy

The Coulee-Hartline School District has an enrichment levy, formally known as a maintenance and operation (M&O) levy on Tuesday’s special election ballot, which, if passed, would fund a number of activities and services for the district, such as clubs and sports, as well as building maintenance.
