The East Low Canal will begin to be filled on March 20 according to the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District. The canal serves Moses Lake, Warden, Othello and Connell. Deliveries will begin for Block 49 and Potholes on March 17. Deliveries from the East Low Canal will be available beginning March 25.
