Jacob Reindl crouches as he folds up his cane and waits for a parade of vehicles -- most Jeeps -- to pass by his Dorothy Street house to commemorate his 15th birthday. Reindl wears a blue helmet to protect his head because a portion of his skull was removed in order to extract a baked potato-sized tumor from his forehead in 2019. As a result of the surgery, however, Reindl is now mostly blind.
