Nearly a dozen letters, postcards and printed emails have been hung up on the wall of Vista Service Towing, a reminder to its workers of the impact they can have on the people who they are servicing.

During the worst days, tow truck drivers to the rescue
One written by a Yakima woman is directed to Vista’s owner, Derek Bjork, asking him to pass along the writer’s thanks to Robbie Rowe, the driver that had picked up her daughter and granddaughter when they ended up stranded on the side of the highway about eight miles east of Ritzville.
