Zach Weiss readies flooring outside one of the two new apartment buildings of The Gateway, 5025 N. Owens Road, in Moses Lake. The first phase, with two buildings of 15 units each, began in March and will be completed in early 2021. However, one of the buildings is complete and already has renters. The second phase, with another two buildings of the same size, will begin in January.
