One of the two new apartment buildings of The Gateway, 5025 N. Owens Road, in Moses Lake. Construction began in March, but was delayed six weeks due to COVID-19. The first phase, with two buildings of 15 units each, will be completed in early 2021. However, one of the buildings is complete and already has renters. The second phase, with another two buildings of the same size, will begin in January.
