Richard Byrd/Columbia Basin Herald Construction is moving ahead right on schedule at the spot of Moses Lake’s next highly-anticipated fast food restaurant, Wendy’s. The restaurant will be located at the corner of Yonezawa Boulevard and Highway 17.
