Ephrata senior Anthony Evans ranked third in the state overall in the 400 meters
EPHRATA — It took Ephrata senior Anthony Evans less than a month to become the fastest 2A 400-meter runner in the state, and now he has his sights set on taking his game to the next level on Friday at the Region IV 2A Track and Field meet at Kiwanis Field.
