Richard Byrd/Columbia Basin Herald Karen Baker, who has Down Syndrome, could barely contain her excitement on Friday when she was honored by Tri-State Outfitters for her 25 years of employment at the company. Baker’s manager says she has been a dedicated employee over the years and is a valuable asset to the team at Tri-State Outfitters.
