Richard Byrd/Columbia Basin Herald Members of the ‘Final Leg’ team for the 2018 Special Olympics USA Games Law Enforcement Torch Run make their way down First Avenue in Ephrata Wednesday afternoon. The Final Leg team does numerous runs and ceremonies around Washington in the days before the Special Olympics USA Games in Seattle on July 1 to bring about awareness and support for the athletes who will be competing in the games.
