Richard Byrd/Columbia Basin Herald The Rotary Club of Moses Lake and Kiwanis Club of Moses Lake donated the proceeds of their recent ‘Golf Scramble’ to the Moses Lake Police Department. The funds will be used to bolster the MLPD’s new patrol K-9 program, which currently has one K-9 and is looking to add a second in the future.
