Red Rock Elementary hosts Fall Harvest Festival
ROYAL CITY — The halls of Red Rock Elementary were adorned with all the frills of fall and Halloween as children and parents alike roamed about the school enjoying the activities of the first annual Fall Harvest Festival recently.
