It was all smiles Monday afternoon for hotel developer John Ferguson at the groundbreaking ceremony for construction of the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Moses Lake, of which Ferguson is a general partner. Ferguson spoke to about 20 guests at the ceremony before the official groundbreaking.

MOSES LAKE — Visitors in Moses Lake will soon have a new hotel option for their overnight stays.
