Moses Lake’s Josh Snook captured the Junior FLOWboard competition for kids 13-to-17-years-of-age during a past FLOW Tour stop at the Moses Lake Surf & Slide Water Park. Today, 75 years after Moses Lake was formed, residents continue to use water for fun and recreation.
