Loren L. Bailey, 92, a Moses Lake resident and formerly of Ephrata, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at the Moses Lake Senior Living Community. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2013 in the New Beginnings Christian Center (Assembly of God) at 318 W. Northshore Drive in Moses Lake.
