Charles Rennion Lybbert

Charles Rennion Lybbert, 81, born Sept. 15, 1945 in Missoula, Montana, passed Sept. 24, 2026 at home, peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. 

He moved to Moses Lake at 3 months old, worked at Basic American Potato for 30-plus years and was married to his sweetheart, Vickie Jo Lybbert, for 51 years. He graduated from Moses Lake High School in 1964 and served in the Army National Guard for seven years. 

He is preceded in death by his parents Norm and Edna Lybbert, his son Johnny, his sister Norma Raines and his grandson Johnathan. He is survived by his daughters Connie Jackson and Vicki Fogolson, sister-in-law Patsy and many other friends and family members. 

A service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, 2026, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew him.
