This list shows current inmates who were arrested by Grant County law enforcement agencies on Sept. 19 through 21 as of Monday afternoon. Grant County inmates are housed at the Grant County Jail. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Malachi Ewart Fenton, 26, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for four Grant County District Court warrants. 

Santiago Valdovinos, 23, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. and Grant County Sheriff’s Office for two counts of third-degree driving with license suspended and DUI. 

Deyasha Jenece Ortega, 21, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for first-degree criminal trespassing and possession of a controlled substance. 

Nicolas Anthony Brice, 45, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for possession of a dangerous weapon, possession of a controlled substance and first-degree criminal trespassing. 

Sept. 20 

Donald Edward Compton, 47, booked by Grant County Sherrif’s Office for second-degree robbery. 

Allen Cassidy Green, 47, booked by Washington State Patrol for Dept. Of Corrections arrest and detention order. 

Kristin Marie Stepper, 37, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for first-degree arson, reckless endangerment and second-degree criminal mistreatment.  

Manuel Olivarez, 18, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for fourth-degree assault – domestic violence, second-degree identity theft, second-degree robbery, second-degree assault and unlawful imprisonment – domestic violence. 

Richard Dean Edmonds, 39, booked by Ephrata Police Dept. for two counts of third-degree theft, second-degree organized retail theft, fourth-degree assault – domestic violence, first-degree trafficking stolen property, first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and second-degree trafficking stolen property.
