Marina Ines Martinez, 43, booked by Soap Lake Police Dept. for Grant County Superior Court warrant.  

David Perez Sarmiento, 23, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for Grant County District Court commitment.  

Lisa Jolene Balanga, 61, booked by Grant County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault.  

David Campuzano, 30, booked by Washington State Patrol for DUI, third-degree driving with license suspended and possession, delivery or manufacturing schedule I or II narcotics or Flunitrazepam.  

Sept. 5 

Jose Antonio Lopez Hernandez, 31, booked by Quincy Police Dept. for second-degree assault.  

Jay Skyler Spies, 35, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for two Grant County District Court warrants.  

Marco A Amado, 25, booked by Washington State Patrol and Grant County Sheriff's Office for felony DUI and two Grant County District Court warrants.  

Giovanni George Learned, 37, booked by Grant County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.
