Brayan Antonio Avendano Chavez, 28, booked for DUI, second-degree driving with license suspended and operation or a motor vehicle without ignition interlock device. 

Elizabeth Anne Gabrielson, 42, booked by Grant County Sheriff's Office for Grant County District Court warrant.
