Lira Fernando, 36, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for second-degree burglary. 

Manuel Olivarez, 18, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. 

Andre Vasquez, 21, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, Grant County District Court warrant and possession, delivery or manufacturing a schedule I or II narcotic or Flunitrazepam.

David Tapia Quintero, 37, booked by Ephrata Police Dept. for no valid operators license without identification.
