Grant County Jail Roster for Oct. 13, 2026

This list shows current inmates who were arrested by Grant County law enforcement agencies on Oct. 12 as of Tuesday afternoon. Grant County inmates are housed at the Grant County Jail. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty by the court of law.

Giovanni Alexander Powell, 35, booked by Dept. Of Corrections for Dept. Of Corrections arrest and detention order. 

Osvaldo Jesus Villalobos, 28, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for two Grant County District Court warrants, possession of an unlawful firearm and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.  

Andres Torres Garcia, 39, booked by Warden Police Dept. for fourth-degree assault – domestic violence, residential burglary – domestic violence and third-degree malicious mischief – domestic violence. 

Alexander Echeverria Garcia, 21, booked by Grant County Sheriff’s office for DUI, reckless endangerment and no valid operator's license without identification. 

Heather Suzanne Maddox, 37, booked by Washington State Patrol for DUI.
