Felix Colon, 22, booked by Grant County Sheriff’s Office for Grant County District Court warrant and fourth-degree assault – domestic violence. 

Arthur James Banko, 70, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for out of county warrant.  

Arturo Julian Rodriguez, 25, booked by Washington State Patrol for DUI and first-degree driving with license suspended. 

Oct. 2 

Guillermina Gutierrez, 46, booked by Grant County Sheriff’s Office for Grant County Superior Court commitment.  

Pablo Misael Mariscal Munoz, 26, booked by Grant County Sheriff’s Office for three Grant County District Court warrants, third-degree malicious mischief – domestic violence and second-degree malicious mischief – domestic violence.  

Roberto Escamilla, 19, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for DUI, hit and run or unattended vehicle and third-degree driving with license suspended.   

Lyle Wayne Labes, 40, booked by Grant County Sheriff’s Office for Grant County District Court warrant.  

Kyla J Turner, 26, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for disorderedly conduct.  

Tatiana Hernandez, 37, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for DUI and third-degree driving with license suspended.  

Cicely Bernadette Gilbert, 51, booked by Moses Lake Police Dept. for third-degree theft and Grant County District Court warrant. 

Cindy Mayte Medina, 39, booked by Quincy Police Dept. for two counts of fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.
