Downtown clock intersection combines 4-way stop, roundabout rules, police say
Moses Lake Police Department Capt. Adam Monroe said the clock intersection should be treated as a four-way stop first and then drivers should navigate the clock similar to a roundabout. He said drivers who cut through traffic and make a left-hand turn at the intersection can be cited for improper lane travel or an improper turn.
