Rita Gabriella Lozano, 23, booked for Dept. Of Corrections arrest and detention order and making false or misleading statements to a public servant. 

Marco Antonio Chavez Diaz, 40, booked for Grant County District Court warrant and fourth-degree assault – domestic violence. 

Tejay Ray Beaty, 40, booked for unclassified court order for containment. 

Hector Anibal Alvarez, 25, booked for fourth-degree assault – domestic violence. 

Maven Andres Vasques Valdez, 24, booked for Grant County District Court warrant.
