Quincy man pleads guilty in $70,000 fraud case
Francisco Javier Araiza Jr. has admitted to first-degree theft from a vulnerable adult. Araiza was hired to do light yard work for an elderly Quincy resident and over the course of two years he fraudulently wrote checks to himself totaling nearly $70,000.

QUINCY — A Quincy man has pleaded guilty to stealing nearly $70,000 from an elderly woman he was hired to help with yard work, according to a Grant County Sheriff’s Office.
