Report: Washington has one of the 'worst-performing and least cost-effective highway systems'
The Interstate 90 overpass at Dodson Road is newer and in better condition than bridges east and west of it, and is not in danger of closing, according to Washington Department of Transportation officials. Bridges in the Moses Lake area and other infrastructure throughout the state are undermaintained, according to a recent report.
