EPHRATA — The reports below were provided by the Ephrata Police Department. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.   

March 16 

26EP0610 — 00:23 — Sports complex — Report of someone yelling; subject thought someone was stuck in restroom; restroom checked and empty.  

26EP0611 — 00:41 — 900 block 6th Ave NE — Parking violation; vehicle facing wrong way with expired registration; cited and tagged for 24‑hour removal.  

26EP0612 — 10:37 — 10 block C St NW — Fender‑bender; V1 backed into legally parked V2; minor damage.  

26EP0614 — 12:03 — 200 block Nat Washington Way — Fraud call; callback number reached someone who stated it was the wrong number.  

26EP0615 — 14:44 — 1200 block Cottage St SE — Arrest; subject previously trespassed at Walmart and had local warrant; arrested for Criminal Trespass 2nd and Code 7.  

26EP0616 — 15:00 — 700 block Roosevelt Blvd NW — Vehicle vs. pedestrian collision; pedestrian struck (details limited).

26EP0618 — 15:30 — Ephrata PD lobby — Custody issue; RP reported mother removed children from school without prior contact.

26EP0619 — 16:49 — 700 block Hilltop — Possible physical domestic; no answer at residence and no signs of disturbance.

26EP0620 — 16:59 — Walmart parking lot — Welfare check on older male and dog in vehicle; both checked and fine. 

26EP0621 — 17:05 — 1200 block Basin St NW — Verbal disturbance; argument over ownership of RV and items; determined civil issue. 

26EP0622 — 17:08 — 100 block D St SE — Animal complaint; ongoing issue with large black dog barking; no response due to higher‑priority calls; passed to night shift. 

26EP0623 — 17:18 — 10 block Linda Ridge Loop NE — Custody issue; father arrived at RP’s residence requesting children; RP wanted father to leave. 

March 17 

26EP0624 — 05:09 — Soap Lake — Assisted SLPD with CPR in progress; patient pronounced on scene. 

26EP0626 — 05:22 — NB shoulder, roadway — USPS vehicle blocking lane; mechanical failure; moved after contact with postmaster.  

26EP0627 — 07:22 — 100 block G St NE — Vehicle’s rear window broken overnight; unclear if items stolen.  

26EP0629 — 09:40 — 200 block E St NE, Ephrata — Landlord/tenant issue; workers entered to renovate while tenant slept; unable to contact landlord.  

26EP0631 — 10:39 — 1300 block Nat Washington Way (Walmart) — Possible trespassing; RP believed female subject was trespassing and wanted confirmation.  

26EP0630 — 10:53 — 121 Alder St SW, Ephrata — Graffiti on utility box; code enforcement notified; follow‑up planned.  

26EP0632 — 11:39 — 500 block Basin St NW — Male suspect trespassing on property; arrested for Criminal Trespassing 1st Degree. 

26EP0634 — 12:42 — 800 block 1st Ave NE — Pickup bumper damaged; RP unsure how/when; documented in case matching SV. 

26EP0635 — 12:50 — 1100 block 3rd Ave NE — Attempted overnight vehicle theft; dashboard damaged.  

26EP0636 — 12:56 — 300 block Statter Rd — Report of mental disorder; RP’s son with autism was out of control; assistance requested.  

26EP0637 — 13:58 — SR 282 / Airport St — Rolling traffic violation; suspect vehicle passing on right; followed into town but lost.  

26EP0639 — 14:51 — Ephrata Library — Male suspect disruptive; refused to lower phone volume; became vulgar; threatened to throw hot tea.  

26EP0640 — 17:00 — Courthouse parking lot — Assisted GCSO with DOC arrest.  

26EP0641 — 19:24 — Wagon Wheel — Assisted GCSO with reported physical domestic; no physical assault found; New Hope paperwork provided. 

March 18 

26EP0643 — 08:15 — 2100 block Basin St SW, Soap Lake, WA — Rear‑end collision; D1 following too close and struck D2.  

26EP0644 — 14:20 — 200 block Nat Washington Way — Check fraud; intended check intercepted and cashed by unauthorized party.  

26EP0645 — 14:28 — E St NE, Quincy, WA — Welfare check; two subjects slumped in vehicle, paraphernalia observed; both arrested on warrants.  

26EP0648 — 17:14 — C St SW — Parking/abandoned vehicle complaint; expired‑tab vehicles in alley; homeowner unaware of ownership.  

26EP0649 — 18:14 — Ace Hardware — Reported DUI; subject contacted while shopping; not DUI.
