Dr. Carlina Menjivar delivered the first baby at the new Samaritan Hospital on Clover Drive Saturday at 2:14 p.m. The baby boy was born at 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19 inches long. The Columbia Basin Herald joins the community in welcoming one of its newest members and we congratulate the new parents.
