March 4

26EP0467: E St. NE. 8:50 a.m. A caller reported a cold hit-and-run after finding fresh damage to the rear quarter panel of a parked vehicle; no witnesses or cameras were available.  

26EP0469: Columbia Rd.. 8:58 a.m. A caller reported his dog had run loose for a second day and asked officers to contact him if the dog was located.  

26EP0470: SR 28 W church property. 10:13 a.m. A caller reported an abandoned vehicle that had been previously tagged; they were advised they would need to tow it because it was on private property.  

26EP0471: 4th Ave SW. 10:52 a.m. A verbal domestic dispute was reported after an intoxicated caller claimed her son threatened her, though accounts were inconsistent; no physical assault occurred.  

26EP0472: K St. NE. 11:08 a.m. A custody-related complaint was reported after a father said his eldest child was absent from school and he was unable to communicate with the mother; he was advised to work through the courts.  

26EP0473: Basin St. SW. 12:39 p.m. A welfare check was requested after a florist could not reach a resident with health issues; a note said the business was closed for the day and no distress was observed.  

26EP0474: W. Deacon Ave., George. 3:00 p.m. A civil standby was conducted for a respondent in an order after release from jail; the standby was completed without issues.  

26EP0477: Roundabout at SR 282 and NWW. 5:03 p.m. A suspicious person was reported “sleep standing” in the roundabout; officers found the person sweeping gravel and warned them to stay out of the roadway.  

26EP0478: E St. SW. 6:13 p.m. A caller reported medical supplies stolen and requested documentation of the incident.  

26EP0479: NL. 7:07 p.m. A caller requested a case number for a prior theft and added that dog treats were also stolen; the caller said suspects had last been seen about five years ago.  

March 5

26EP0480: NL. 12:40 a.m. A theft was reported through the IVR system; the reporting party did not want contact.  

26EP0481: NL. 3:04 a.m. A caller reported someone attempting to enter a residence; the suspect said he believed someone he knew lived there and was warned not to knock on doors at 3 a.m.  

26EP0482: Basin St. SW. 6:53 a.m. A suspect allegedly lit a fire at a victim’s door, pushed the victim, and attempted to hit them; probable cause was established for arson, assault, and malicious mischief, and the suspect was arrested.  

26EP0483: NL. 8:14 a.m. A male and female were reported loitering in the area; officers checked but were unable to locate them.  

26EP0484: Mocliff area. 10:34 a.m. A verbal domestic dispute occurred after a suspect allegedly pounded on a window trying to enter; the suspect claimed to live there but was advised otherwise and left on foot.  

26EP0485: NL. 11:05 a.m. A juvenile sent explicit photos to another juvenile, who then showed them to a third; the phone was seized pending investigation.  

26EP0487: Basin St. and 2nd Ave SW. 2:48 p.m. A blocking, non‑injury collision occurred when a vehicle failed to yield at a stop sign and T‑boned another vehicle; one vehicle was towed.  

26EP0488: Safeway. 4:24 p.m. A disoriented man showing early signs of dementia was assisted; his daughter was contacted to check on him.  

26EP0489: St. Rose of Lima School, Nat Washington Way. 5:34 p.m. An alarm was reported; a school teacher was on scene and no crime was found.  

26EP0490: 3rd Ave SW. 6:47 p.m. A verbal domestic occurred during an argument about living arrangements; the reporting party left the residence with her daughter.  

26EP0491: NL. 8:31 p.m. A runaway juvenile was reported; the reporting party did not want to formally list him as a runaway, and the juvenile later returned home.  

26EP0492: NL. 11:03 p.m. A medium‑sized black dog walked in front of a patrol car and was clipped; the dog ran off and was unable to be located.  

26EP0493: NL. 11:24 p.m. A boat trailer parked on the street with expired tabs was tagged for 72‑hour removal.  

26EP0494: NL. 11:48 p.m. A person reported someone circling their parked car and knocking on the window; the suspect said he thought someone had called his name. No crime occurred.

26EP0496: Basin St. SW. 9:48 a.m. Two juveniles reportedly stole alcohol from Safeway; the incident had already been documented and a case report was provided.  

26EP0497: Leslie Rd. 10:51 a.m. A caller reported a truck and trailer parked for an extended period, creating a parking issue.  

26EP0498: Patrick Rd.. 11:04 a.m. A 911 hang‑up led officers to a verbal domestic dispute involving a disagreement over a child.  

26EP0500: D St. SW. 11:06 a.m. A caller reported her dog bit a neighbor’s dog; officers photographed both dogs and puncture wounds.  

26EP0501: G St. NW. 12:40 p.m. Two red pickups were reported doing donuts in the area; the vehicles were gone when officers arrived.  

26EP0502: H St. SE. 1:08 p.m. A resident reported a lost cat and raised concerns that the person who claimed it did not seek medical care for possible injuries.

26EP0516: Cottage St. SE. 11:23 a.m. A person reported a neighbor sprayed an unknown substance at their dog and yelled at their daughter.  

26EP0517: Basin St. SW. 12:34 p.m. A non‑injury collision occurred when a vehicle turning into a business entrance collided with a northbound vehicle.  

26EP0518: Morningstar Blvd. 1:01 p.m. A caller reported a phone scam in which the victim was falsely told she had a warrant and needed to pay a fine.  

26EP0519: NL. 1:09 p.m. A caller had questions about a possibly runaway son who was staying at another home due to a CPS/assault situation.  

26EP0527: Parkway Blvd. and 6th Ave SW. 10:55 a.m. A suspicious person was reported after sitting in a vehicle for more than 20 minutes before moving to another part of the lot.  

26EP0528: Nat Washington Way. 11:58 a.m. A suspect reportedly displayed a firearm after attempting to start a fight; the suspect was arrested at home on felony charges and a firearm was recovered.  

26EP0529: Yakima St. SE, Ephrata/Soap Lake. 2:52 p.m. A residential burglary was reported in progress; two suspects were detained and arrested.  

26EP0531: H St. SE. 8:29 p.m. Officers assisted after a caller reported a neighbor’s backyard on fire; a male was found burning wood and cardboard and was instructed not to burn cardboard in the city.
