NEWS RELEASE PREPARATION FOR LOGIC AND ACCURACY TEST In preparation for the August 4, 2026 Primary Election, a Logic and Accuracy Test will be performed. A “test deck” of ballots will be scanned. This test verifies that the system will correctly count the votes cast for all candidates appearing on the ballot. The test will take place in the Grant County Election Department, Room 203, Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 9a.m. Observers are welcome in our office to observe or you can go online to observe this process. You would go to Grant County’s website, www.grantcountywa.gov and once you get to the main page, click on “Elected Offices”, on the drop down menu, click on Auditor, on the next drop down menu, click on Elections.
