Edwin Vasquez Flores, 32, booked by Quincy Police Dept. for resisting arrest, two counts of third-degree assault – law enforcement, third-degree theft and obstructing law enforcement officer. 

Refugio Manuel Flores, 25, booked by Quincy Police Dept. for hit and run attended vehicle non-injury, hit and run collision causing an injury and hit and run of an attended vehicle.
