Local duo offers special on puppy love

Phosphor (right) and Lumen (left), nine-week-old sisters from Adams County Pet Rescue, are currently accepting applications for full-time treat dispensers and couch-sharing partners. Weighing in at a mighty 3.3 and 4 pounds, these spayed and vaccinated pups may be small, but their plans for world domination are enormous. Phosphor specializes in goofy adventures, while Lumen holds an advanced degree in tail wags and puppy-dog eyes. They'd love to be adopted together, but they're also happy to start separate careers as beloved family dogs. Adopt one for a daily dose of puppy joy, or adopt both and enjoy twice the kisses, twice the zoomies and twice the mysterious disappearance of unattended socks. Either way, these babies are just looking for good homes and humans to love.
