‘It takes a toll’
Crews work containing the Maple Street Fire Saturday night in Soap Lake. The blaze was caused by fireworks and required an overnight shift to manage. As of 2 a.m. the fire was in mop-up but kept jumping containment lines, according to Chief Erick Brittain.
