Ephrata couple helps distressed man on highway in Wyoming
While an Ephrata couple was on their way home, they stopped at a truck pullout on Interstate 80 in Wyoming to allow their dogs to use the restroom. This is when they met an Oregon stranger who had a medical emergency.
