While more than half of January is gone, it’s still winter, and one of the signs is the plethora of conferences for farmers. There’s always room for a good tractor display at an agriculture conference, like this one Wednesday at the Northwest Hay Expo in Kennewick. It’s not time to fire up the tractor yet; the clouds are forecast to go away, but low temperatures will be dropping into the teens to mid-20s.
