Gloomy skies hover over Blue Heron Park near Moses Lake Saturday afternoon. This week will see some slightly sunnier days, but will remain chilly with evenings dropping below freezing. While Grant and Adams counties aren’t currently listed in drought conditions, Yakima, Kittitas, Chelan, Okanogan and about two-thirds of Ferry counties are considered in drought conditions according to the Washington Department of Ecology.
