Grant Co. nursing assistant license suspended

OLYMPIA — The Washington State Department of Health announced Tuesday that Grant County’s Kaylee Gaddis’ certified nursing assistant credentials have been suspended indefinitely.  

According to the statement, in October 2024, the department received a complaint alleging that Gaddis accepted money from a client. She did not respond to the department’s letter of cooperation or to the following attempts to contact her. She also did not respond to the department’s statement of charges served in September 2025.
