New Ephrata City Clerk Miller says focus is transparency, community service
The City of Ephrata appointed Rob Miller to the city clerk/administrative services position at the March 23 special Ephrata City Council meeting. Miller said he plans to focus on improving public communication and continue updating the city to digital record-keeping.
