MOSES LAKE — The reports below were provided by the Moses Lake Police Department. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Sept. 20
E Walnut Ave & S Chestnut St. A vehicle was reported parked on the wrong side of the street. The caller refused to provide further details or a callback number.
Broadway Ave. Officers responded to a trespassing complaint but were unable to locate any individuals in the area.
Maple Dr NE A citizen requested help with a disabled vehicle that was locked and had a dead battery. Officers advised they could not assist with entry.
S Monroe St. A verbal disturbance involving a stolen Amazon package. The suspect fled on foot and was not located. The reporting party confirmed the package was hers and expressed intent to press charges.
S Balsam St (Civic Park) Homeless individuals were reported using drugs in the park. Officers advised them of park rules; no violations were confirmed.
S Grand Dr. A neighbor dispute escalated toward a physical confrontation. Officers intervened to maintain peace.
700 block of W 4th Ave. A false alarm was triggered at the church. Owner confirmed no emergency.

Wheeler Rd NE. Report of a driver passed out in a truck. Driver was found to be okay.
W Columbia Ave. Ongoing neighbor issues. RP requested increased patrols.
W Marina Dr & W Broadway Ave. Domestic argument over alcohol and family responsibilities. Female attempted to leave vehicle; officers confirmed it was verbal only.
800 block of E Broadway Ave. Welfare check for a person in a wheelchair who reportedly fell. Subject was gone on arrival.
E Nelson Rd. Juveniles seen shooting a BB gun at drywall on school property. Subjects fled before officers arrived. SROs to follow up with school.
E 9th Ave. A woman accused juveniles of staring at her, then threatened to retrieve a gun. No firearm was presented. Harassment report to follow.
W Windrose Dr. Overdose incident handled by Moses Lake Fire Department.
N Block St. Possible domestic assault. No crime reported. Male agreed to leave voluntarily.
E Marquis Ave. Vehicle vandalized—four tires slashed and windshield damaged. RP suspects son’s ex and wants to pursue charges if identified.
S Belair Dr. Report of erratic driving. Vehicle was gone on arrival; extra patrols requested.
418 E 5th Ave. RP’s wife lost her iPhone 10 with a purple and pink case at the library. Location still showed phone at site.

640 N Stratford Rd. Male subject was screaming in the road but left before officers arrived.
N Mattson Dr & W Ridge Rd. Caller reported possible gunshots. No other reports or evidence found.
E Craig St (Apartment) RP claimed girlfriend assaulted him and requested medics. Both individuals were gone on arrival. Similar incident occurred previously.
W 4th Ave. Subjects appeared to be attempting a break-in but were actually using a water spigot. No forced entry observed.
14400 block of Wheeler Rd NE. Report of a possibly impaired driver. Vehicle was gone on arrival.
Rd H NE. Neighbors reported a possible physical domestic disturbance. Both parties stated it was verbal only; one left for the night.
Sept. 21
N Doumit Dr. Report of an erratically driven vehicle. Officers arrived but the vehicle was gone.
W Broadway Ave & S Locust Ln. A vehicle nearly caused a collision by pulling out in front of the RP. RP followed but lost sight of it.
S Ironwood Dr. Four males threatened RP’s son, banging on the garage and gesturing toward their waistbands. Surveillance video captured part of the incident. Protection order recommended.
E Burr Ave. RP received prank calls from teenage boys, including threats of sexual assault. RP was advised to seek a protection order.
S Balsam St (Apartment) RP reported mental health concerns. No person was actually missing.
W Century St & N Zephyr Dr. Gang-related graffiti found on four power boxes. Officers documented the vandalism.
W Meadow View Dr. Animal complaint involving roosters. RP did not respond to officers.
S Juniper Dr (Juniper Park) Two individuals found trespassing in a fenced cell phone tower area. Both were removed and trespassed.
W Peninsula Dr #1. Domestic dispute over household cleanliness. RP’s ex left before officers arrived. No crime reported.
N Westshore Dr & Fairway Dr NE. U-Haul, RV, and Jeep parked on private property. No one observed living in the vehicles.
1000 block of N Stratford Rd. Welfare check requested. Subject was not located.
N Elder St. Alarm activation. No signs of entry; doors were secure.
S David St. RP found a puppy with a tag but couldn’t reach the owner. Officers located the owner and returned the dog.
N Stratford Rd & W Valley Rd. Non-injury accident involving a transient driver. Driver had multiple violations but was not jailed.
111 N Westshore Dr (Blue Heron Park) Two motorcycles reported riding through the park. Both were gone on arrival.
W Gary St. RP reported being assaulted by a suspect upset over a personal relationship. Suspect took RP’s keys and phone. RP declined to press charges.
S Chestnut St (Apartment). Male subject knocking on doors looking for a friend. Left on electric scooter. Gone on arrival.
1000 block of N Stratford Rd. Non-injury traffic accident in parking lot. Information exchanged.
NW Sunburst Ct. Custodial interference. Father refused to return child despite court-ordered parenting plan. RP advised to contact courts.
900 block of N Stratford Rd. Three juveniles stole candy and drinks. Items returned, juveniles trespassed until age 21. No charges filed.
1100 block of N Stratford Rd. Female with children reported assault but declined details. Requested medical attention and was transported to hospital.
S Michael Ave. Dog running loose. Unable to locate.
4000 W Peninsula Dr (Sage Point Elementary) Juvenile seen near garbage area. Officers checked but subject was gone.
E Nelson Rd. Ongoing issue with speeding vehicle. Officers searched but did not locate.

W Crest Dr. Domestic assault involving weapon. Suspect arrested for attempted assault and malicious mischief.
600 block of S Pioneer Way. Male stole food and fled on bicycle. RP wants suspect trespassed and charges pursued.

3000 W Marina Dr. Domestic argument over boyfriend’s coworker. No injuries. RP declined transport.
